I have a 2001 Mercury Optimax 135 on a 2002 Crestliner 1850 Sportfish. I had a new transom put in this winter and took the boat home a couple of weeks ago and have been doing some cowling restoration. I noticed that the trim on the throttle handle does not work. Everything else on the boat works electronically. I tested the switch, batteries, checked fuses and wiring and don't see any issues. I am not getting any power to the front of the boat into the switch. The manual tilt on the motor works. I found some wiring in the engine that says trim that are not plugged into anything. Are these for diagnostics or part of the issue? I will bring the boat back to the shop if needed but hoping it's something simple. I have attached photos.
