Mercury mariner 110 9.8 hp won’t start

I’ve done a compression test, which was alright (110 psi for both plugs), put in new spark plugs, new plug wires, and new ignition coils. Originally had a spark in one plug before parts were replaced. After new parts were put in both plugs had a spark but then lost it. Carb also looks good and clean. Any help on figuring out next steps to fix it or a solution is appreciated. Thanks

You didn't mention the points. Points and condenser are often the cause of intermittent no-spark.
