Mercury Gen II throttle and shift cable question

I bought a boat with a 60 hp merc 2 stroke on it. The black plastic terminal eyes of the control cables (at the engine end) are cracked where they tie to the throttle/shift levers of the engine. Can these black plastic terminal eyes be replaced?
