Mercury EFI 50HP ECM FLASH PROPLEM

Hi all!
I have Mercury EFI 50HP year: 2015
Lunds Marine did ECM update and now its 65+
The tester indicates that the ECM upgrade was successful. The choke plate has been removed. Before programming the machine spun at 5200 rpm and my boat was running at 46km / h, after programming 5200 rpm and the same speed. TPS opens completely, plugs replaced What else could it be that no power has been gained from the programming on the machine?
Friend of my have same machine and he get over 1000 rpm more.

Swap ECM with friend...

We did that today and my ecm works fine with his motor... So some limits power to my motor what it can be???
Please help ? =)
