Mercury 50HP 2006 EFI starter issue, keeps spinning

Hi,

I have some starter problems with my -06 50hp mercury. The problem is that starter motor keeps spinning after the engine starts, but when I put the gear on F or R the starter stops spinning. I think it is not normal that when engine is in N after I have started it and the starter keeps spinning.

This is also a issue because when i change from F to N it will hit the flyweel and starter start to spin again. What could cause this kind of problem, any help very very appreciated?
Also the spinning stops when I move abit the remote control lever in N position(so before the gear goes in)?

Seems to be someway in connection with gears? but I cant understand

Try a couple drops of oil on the bendix shaft.

Sounds like something going on in the control box, something touching something when you shift the control box and the start side of the keyswitch is getting power.
