I have a 2016 Mercury EFI 25hp. It will start right up and I can run it for 15-20 mins. I will stop and shut the engine down for 15-20 mins, start it up and it will start to spudder then shuts down. It will not start after that. I checked for fuel pressure and it has none. I drain the VST, then pump the bulb and it will start right back up with good fuel pressure. I have changed the high and low fuel pressure filter, and cleaned the VST. The issue is ongoing. Please help.
