Hi guys,
I'm wondering if someone more experienced can double check for me before I make a purchase.
Looking to put a lower unit from a
mercury 1998 25hp Serial # 0G133816
or
last case, mercury 1982 18hp Serial # 7198201
on a mercury 1989 25hp Serial # 0A739516
I already own the 82 and the 89. but i can purchase the 98 with a blown cdi for 150
From what i see the only thing different on the lower unit is the shift shaft has different part numbers.
