Mercury 150 xr2 power trim motor replace

Hi, I am looking at swapping out a power trim motor on a 1987 mercury 150xr2 that has a bad thermal contact. I could clean it up but decided if I am taking the bracket off the transom that I would just replace the motor.

although it doesnt seem to have good reviews.

does anybody have any recommendations or suggestions on these?
 
Hi Faztbullet, thanks for the feedback. Are there any issues moving from a 2 wire solution to the 3 wire solenoid setup. Ie, Green and Blue wires being for up and down and a ground.


one other question, in taking off the motor mount brackets and in particular the large nut on the tilt tube, I noticed the entire tilt tube turning with the nut. Have you seen this and how do you prevent this?
