Mercury 110 - remove power head - rusted hold down bolt.

I have a old very worn Merc 110 that I am going to rebuild over the winter. My current problem is one of the brass? bolts holding down the power head has a steel nut that is totally rusted and rotted and will not come off. If I get a multi tool and cut the bolt off flush and finally free the power head, are these bolts easily replaceable? If not does someone out there have a good solution to resolving this problem? Thank Jack

Those STEEL studs should come out easy.-----Use a vicegrip to turn it out.
