Mercruiser out drive

Hello.

Seized outdrive. When I removed it water poured out. There is rust and water in the bell housing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am in the same BOAT, get it!?
My outdrive is completely toast. Need upper and lower unit.

If anyone knows of some good used parts websites,I would appreciate the help. Prefer a whole unit to slap it on.

I have serial number:
OL949172
Gear ratio: 1:47 (possible R after the 7) hard to see it.

Is the outdrive roached or are the unjoints just siezed and outdrive still is ok ?
