Whats the best mix for a 88 Bl

Whats the best mix for a 88 Black Max 150? I used 50 to 1 this past weekend. It ran well but I saw a lot of smoke. Just got the boat.

The service manual calls for 8

The service manual calls for 87 octane mixed 50:1 with TCW3 outboard motor oil - so your mix is correct....
