May someone help find maintain parts for G-Tec 2 outboard

Hi sir,
I would like to buy maintain parts O-Ring for my G-Tec 2 outboard.
as now the Trim & Tile motor running try raise up, but can not raise up to top highest.
and even I raise the as highest possible, then it will slowly drop down a little bit step by step,
this why I guess the O-Ring is not complete seal enough for Stern bracket.

anyone know which parts should I buy from Evinrude online store?
I am not sure is that parts number as ?

yes, sir, my 2015 year G-Tec 2 version of HP 350 outboard.
now the Trim & Tile motor running try raise up to the highest, then it will slowly drop down a little bit step by step,
I guess the seal O-ring inside is not complete seal enough for Stern bracket.
since I bought it from 2018 year until today, never replace, so I think the O-Ring life is enough, time to replace a new o-ring.

but I am check Evinrude online store, they provide Exploded view,
I have attach at first post page, is that O-Ring parts as number #3 & number #13 ?
I think, yes, but need advance engineer assist me double check.

Do you have a bearing supplier near you? Bring them the o-ring and have them measure and match it up.
