Hi i like to known the water tube is 24 inch long or 23 and 3/4 and inner is 5/8 or 1 inch?

Hi i need to known the inch for the water hose is 24? and inner is 5/8 or 1 inch? i have water PSI low, i try with a garden water hose and the PSI was 2.7 or 3 PSI the motor in idle was 20 minutes with no iverheating. but when i put the trassmision back on the PSI drop by .4 or .5 and the motor increase the temp to 200. The water tube on my motor appear to be replace by last owner and it was 23 and 3/4 Long and inner 5/8
