Loss of spark on 1989 Johnson 200???

I have a 1989 johnson 200 ran fine until it got progressively harder to start. Now it won’t start at all. Tried changing power pack didn’t work. Model number is TE200TXCEA

Do a compression test.----Post actual numbers.-----Running with a tested VRO oil injection or mixing 50:1 in your tank ??----Water pump impeller replaced ?----Overheat horn tested ?

Has 105-110 on all cylinders i forget what the exact numbers were but 105 was lowest 110 was highest. Yes i premix 50:1. New water pump this season only two months old. the over heat horn i never had enabled because it was faulty and just didn’t get around to changing it. i currently have no spark going to any of the coils from the power pack but changed power pack and stator. i’m thinking it’s something stupid but am not sure.

i also went over all the wires and changed the ignition switch, starter and starter solenoid last season.
