Knew it would'nt last

My 454XLs have been running fine for about a year but about 2 months ago.."Here's Johnny"! The starbord engine starts OK but the first 10 minutes of running has to be at no wake speeds. Any time from 30 seconds to 10 minutes it will cut out but immediately restart. Then it runs fine again. Any ideas?

figure out if it is a fuel issue or an ignition issue. one way is get a timing light, hook it up, and start the engine. turn the light on and see if the flashes continue as the engine dies. if it does, its likely to be a fuel delivery issue.

what happens when you open the throttle when it is w/i that 10 minute window...what happens beyond that 10 minute windpw?

After the initial stall the engine runs perfectly. Only after sitting for a few days does the stall occur.
