Johnson 30 hp 2001 model wiring trouble

Hi,

I recently bought an outboard Johnson 30 hp 2001 model, J30RVSIA. Pictures of motor/wiring in links below.

Due to a dodgy plug I suspect that the wiring on it might be unoriginal, and have bought what is supposed to be the correct wiring, although I am not convinced this is right. The control box i have only fits the new wiring I've bought.

I have searched the internet and various retailers for pictures of said motor without any luck.

If you have this outboard motor could you please share some pictures of how the motor/wiring is supposed to look like? Would highly appreciate it!! :) :)

In 96 they changed to the new style wiring that you bought.------I say the electric start was added to this motor after it left the factory.------Some will argue, but I would install a terminal strip and cut plugs off the motor harness and your new harness.----Then put correct wires together on the terminal strip.
