Johnson 25r70e lost spark

I replaced the flywheel key on my Johnson 25r70e, replaced the flywheel and torqued to 45 ft/lb. I now have no spark in the top cylinder and intermittent spark in the bottom cylinder. I removed the flywheel again and double checked to make sure my points are spaced at 0.020 and free of any corrosion. Is there something I could of damaged when replacing the flywheel key? I apologize if this has been covered. This is my first motor and any knowledge I have is from this forum. Thank you
