j150glenc has no spark after first start up

i have a johnson that has spark on first start up and run for about a minute then stalls out and when trying to restart it sputters then stalls.
when i check for spark there is none . the fuel pump works very well and the fuel lines are in great shape. i checked the coils and all three on both side
check out fine. im thinking the power pack might be bad but not sure. what should i look for any help would be great.

Did a new powerpack solve this problem?

If a new power pack don't solve this problem, I would look at the shift switch, which can shut down a bank(no spark)
