Idler pulley bushing

I have to change the idler pulley, and the bushing that comes with it.
Can I press the bushing in with simple tools? Or should I bring it to a shop
and have it done?

The bushing ought to come out with a light tap and should it not for any reason then If you're already set up to change bushings out with current pressing equipment tools you may already own, then it appears you still ought to be able to change it out yourself < or you might have to go tool shopping...But again it ought to just come out easily like mentioned in the video comments,
