Identify this part and where to get a replacement

My BF75 has problems getting in gear, my local shop took it apart, and they say I need to replace this part.

They think it could be called a "shift seal" or "shift retainer" ?!

I have looked on Boats.net, but not sure which part this is.

Funny I just had to replace the seal 2 weeks ago on that part on my BF225

Its called a shift rod holder


Take a look here. http://peparts.honda.com/marine#/browse/me/bf/bf75 based on your serial number
You will find it under waterpump vertical shaft drawing. You will also need the seal that goes in the topside and the seal at the bottom.
