I just bought a jon boat with a painted motor

I bought a jon boat from a guy that got it from his brother, it's a 1448 come with a claimed 30hp motor and it does look like, it runs great but for maintenance I'd like to know what it is, It's pained so the model number is not available the only number I could find was on the freeze plug: D149833

If someone could help me figure the year and make and actual hp rating that'd be great
