How to take motor off swivel bracket for repair

" i have a 76 chrysler 60hp and it it very hard to turn motor with steering cable disconnected i tried everthing from a torch, new grease tapping on bracket to loosen up any corrosion and nothing has helped and i can't find anything in the manual about fixing this problem what do i have to do to take motor of of the bracket so i can fix it. also the steering cable at the motor should it be level with the transom or should it be at an any angle plese help thaks eric "

In order to take the kingpin out of the swivel tube you will have to pull the powerhead first. Then you can remove the exhaust housing from the bracket assembly, and then you can remove the kingpin from the swivel tube.
