how do i manually trim up a 1979 Merc 115 hp?

Where EXACTLY is the manual tilt valve or screw on a 1979 Mercury 115 hp "Tower of Power"?

Should be on the pump body facing outturn right all the way in to release if it's the 4 hose type.
