Hose tank connection

I have 25hp 3cylinder Johnson, were the fuel line connects to the tank I noticed last night when I went to pump the ball before starting that it was pushing air into the tank and leaking at the connection. It started and ran fine all night. Do I need a new connector on the fuel line? It doesn't leak or anything only when I pumped the ball it did this.

Thx for the quick response. I have been trying all day to get back into this forum but it just kept saying that this page isn't working. Anyway I just put a new connector on the line and it's good to go. I definitely wasn't ignoring your answer. I no that you no what you are talking about. Your the man.
