Honda bf75d 2009

Hello. My Honda bf75d has a green 6 wire plug at the front of the outboard by the throttle body that isn’t connected to anything. Does anyone know what it’s supposed to connect to? Is it an optional extra for a gauge? NMEA?

It's only used with the old style digital gauges which are no longer available. It's usually left disconnected as you mention, doesn't come with a weather cap. Nothing to do with nmea
