I have a new to me BF15AM FROM THE EARLY 90’s. Well maintained by previous owner. When at 80% throttle the engine bogs/coughs and emits a small white cloud of smoke. A idle it is fine. A low speed/trolling it is fine. Trying to diagnose.
I have run seafoam through the engine 1 tank ago. Turns #6 screw fully closed and backed 1 5/8 turns as per spec. Drained the carb.
Grateful for any advice.
