Honda bf115 fuel system issue

I have this fuel system issue with honda 115, at the 3000rpm it sound normal but when i increase the rpm to 4000 it will suddenly cough, i already cleaned the fuel tank, replaced primary and secondary filter, replaced sparkplug, cleaned fuel vapor but still the problem occuring.. any experience and ideas,,thanks

Try running Sea Foam in your fuel tank for a few hours, check to see how many gallons per can of sea foam to use. It will clean out any crud in your fuel system and valves. Also run as high an octane a gas as you can find and ethanol free fuel if you can get it.
