Please could you guys shed light on the following :
My 90HP 2STROKE MERCURY OUTBOARD idles and then "huff and puff`s" for a second and then resumes idling . What might the problem be ?

Thank you for the reply,much appreciated! The motor does this as soon as I comeof full throttle, and the machine idles. It does this intermittent.Thefuel is fresh, and no water in the tank. What is meant by loading up ?
