Ok… I’ve got a 1962 40 hp Lark IV. I am trying to find out if anyone can help me with the correct links to order the steering cable system and transom bracket. It was the old double pulley. I also am looking for the original remote control throttle system. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
 
All the items you need can be found on ebay. Maybe not the transom bracket.

Ok buddy. I’ve got the throttle hooked up and now I’m trying to wire a starter switch. I have no idea how to wire this thing I can send you pictures of whatever and I am a very fast learner. Specially, if I have pictures to look at I’m very visual person. Steering I will worry about once I get the motor running. Thank you.
 
Do you have the junction box for the wiring ?------Is this the electric shift model ?----If so have you checked the generator ?---Checked the shift function ?----Changed the water pump impeller ?----Does spark jump a gap of at least 1/4" on both leads ?
