I have a 1982 johnson with the old white side control with throttle lever. I have the replace the plastic throttle gear and put it back together. Now the warm up lever will not move the throttle cable at all, it moves freely but does nothing. I have done everything I have done all I know how to with no positive results. Any help would be appreciated
