HELP! I can't find ANY info onthis Mercury 110 9.8HP,any site I use to look up serial # doesn't work

Long story short....going down the road, hit bump fast, bang goes engine...broken swivel. Engine itself is fine but I'm TRYING to find ANY information on this thing and I simply can't.

Its a Mercury 110 9.8 HP Thunderbolt Ignition and the serial number (the only one I could find) is 3616235.

How much time do you have you need lots of heat, chemicals, patience and luck. The swivel tube needs to be pulled straight up you will find out if you get that far.
