my motor took a crap on me while fishingwith my wife and daughter it was running ok then shook and died i have it torn apart right now trying to figure out what to fix not sure if its the powerhead waterpump carberatoror if its spark or what any suggestions?

Why? Check for blue, snapping spark first. If it's there then squirt some fuel/oil mix into the carb throat and see if it fires. A compression test will help.
