Good afternoon all,
New to the forum and I am scratching my head with over heating issues. I have twin 360 in my Phoenix 30 footer. My port engine over heated on me 2 weeks ago. Since this has happened I have replaced the impeller thermostat ans temp sensor. Did all this to both .motors. now fueling at dock the temp sensor thermostat does not get over 170 but my gauge pins to 240. The risers gets up to 220 from the front and down to 160 coming into the exhaust elbows. It will cool down to 140 if under load. Afraid to run it. If I put engine in gear with no throttle it still gets hot. And I am in A no wake for 5 min .not sure if it is risers bad or blocked.
