Extension for 2R74E

I was wondering if there is an extension made for the 2R74E motor. If so, who sells the parts for it?

I wonder if all the stuff in the "Box" surrounding the 5" extension thingy is included in the kit? I see the 5" extension shaft and other things are unavailable.
