Exhaust & baffle gaskets , torque specs for bolts!.

1991 Mercury 40 Classic, two stroke!. Need torque specs for bolts to end caps & exhaust baffle gaskets!. Replacing both gaskets, but don't know what the bolts torque to! Please Help & respond!. Thank You!.

150in lbs on exhaust and 200 in lbs on upper/lower end caps

Thank you! ,very much for a reply !. To make sure, let me give more of a description!. At rear of engine facing spark plugs, on left side of motor is a plate with bolts around it!. i took plate loose, there was a gasket and then exhaust baffle plate and another gasket to aluminum block!. is this the same you listed in reply post?. Thank You!.

Typically 1/4"-20 bolts in aluminum are 80 inch lbs,-----5/16" bolts are 160/ 180 inch lbs.
