I'm looking for a list of codes (meaning) for warning beeps on my Evinrude motor.* It's a 2006 motor and I've never had any problems until now.* When the key switch is turned on I get the usual long beep before starting, but then I continuously a sequence of 4 short beeps then 2 short beeps.
I am having some trouble getting it to start right now, and I'm pretty sure it's a fuel problem (clogged injectors maybe?).* I've got good spark and good clean fuel going through the fuel filter.* This weekend I'm gonna hit with some carb cleaner in the air intake and maybe run some fuel injector cleaner through it??*
Any ideas about the beeps?* Could it be related to the fuel injectors?* Tips on cleaning injectors?
