I have an Evinrude Lighttwin and it is missing the return for the rope that you start it with. can anybody help me locate one . I think the motor is a 1972 4hp mod 4206s serial e0006060 I also am not sure what the fuel mixture should be or what kind of gear oil to use . If you can help I would really appreciate it .
