I'm doing my first boat build/assembly and I'm using an older evinrude 200 2 stroke for the main. It's in good shape as far as I can tell. Trim buttons acuate the pump and the motor turns over, but no movement when I hit the trim. Low fluid? Can anyone point me towards how to raise the thing manually to get at the trim fill?
