Evenrude 120 good compression in cylinders 120 in all 4 cylinders, will not get up on plane

Water in the fuel ?---Sheared flywheel key?----Crankcase compression / reed valves / crankshaft sealing rings / plugged exhaust.----How did this motor run for you last season??

it ran ok

Did the problem start suddenly ?----Not sure what " ran ok " means here.

It ran ok last year sit for about 8 months, but took it out will not get on plane. Mayme one timeout of ten

Be an easy diagnosis here , but you have to do some inspection / testing on your motor.----Did iot sit with fuel in the carburetors ??
