engine 3.0 1989 omc bad starting when hot en shaking at idel

Hello,

My engine 3.0 omc 1989 is very hard to start when hot. Also is the engine shaking at idle . I adjusted the ignition at 4 dtc degrees and also rebuild the carburator. nothing helps. .
