"While taking this engine out after months of no use, it had a fuel leak but I can not find the cause. The engine ran good in the yard with the 'ear muffs'. At the boat ramp it cranked fine then smelled fuel. When I removed the cover, fuel was running from the air intake (plastic) baffle. It could have been spraying on the baffle and dripping or leaking from inside the baffle (not sure). I turned it off to repair at home. It home it ran fine no leaks. Any ideas where the leak could be???"
