Cooling system

Trying to figure out y my 91 volvo penta 305 gm is overheating. Replaced impeller, thermostat and water pump. Any help would be great

Exhaust elbows, especially if they are older than 5 years and have seen salt water...

If not elbows or manifold blockage then... These often corrode and cause a vacuum leak ... ( Where raw water hose connects to drive)
