change out the plugs for valves

is it feasible to put cold style radiator plugs in the manifolds and the block on the 5.0 sx engine,,thank you

Ayuh,..... Not really,.... If you do, you can't probe the hole when draining to knock loose the sand, 'n crud that blocks the water from draining,....
