Carburetor linkage on a 3.0

Does anyone have a picture of the carburetor linkage that is near the exhaust riser (2 piece)? I didn't take any pics before I replaced the head and I don't remember how that cable attached to the exhaust manifold shoulder bolt.

Yes, that will help. 140 GM 181 I / L4 1982-1986

Actually, its the throttle arm I can't figure out the correct orientation.

I think I figured it out, I didn't realize that if the choke is not opened all the way, that the throttle cam will not be allowed to move.
