tried to take my 4 year old fishing this morning. tried to start engine. It would not fire,it acted like it was flooded.I dried the plugs and tried again. Still would not start. Then i noticed gas running out around the little rod that goes into the carb from the electric choke lever.
Any ideas? It has always started right off.
