"I have a 2002 Honda BF40A outboard and i'm currently having trouble with my electric trim. It would only work intermittently, I was forced to use the manual releif screw to lower the outboard and then wasn't able to raise it again. The manual warned not to unscrew the manual releif more than two turns otherwise it wouldn't be able to be raised after. I didn't unscrew it any furthur than i should have but the manual doesn't go into more detail to assist troubleshooting the manual trim. Any information reguarding the manual trim as well as the electric trim would be much apreciated"
