BF20 Electric Start won’t turn over

I have a 2020 Honda outboard BF20 electric start. I’ll write down exactly what happened and maybe that’ll help with some advice on what to do next.

I was out crabbing in the PNW. Windy day. Gusts about 30mph going ESE. The bow of my boat was facing ESE so water was pushing up against the transom. My motor was working flawlessly all day. At times I did go in reverse with water pushing up against my transom/motor. As I continued crabbing, one of my crab pot line got stuck in my prop the motor turned off. After I got the line out, I tried to start it and it just cranked. Doesn’t want to turn. And now it’s stuck like that.

As the boat is on the trailer, I’ve put the motor in gear and turned the prop and it doesn’t budge as it should. My thoughts are did water get into the exhaust based off of how my boat was positioned and that’s causing it to not start? Help please.

Thank you
