I have twin bf 135s. One motor has started to hunt under load and now is doin it onTake off. I have swapped plugs, coils, vapor assm, lift pump from other motor. Cleaned throttle body, iac motor, changed all fuel filters, run off differrent tank, replaced prime bulb, deleted fuel bowl, adjusted valves. It is still doin it more than ever now. I am goin to take out injectors and have them cleaned and see how it goes. I have had it to a honda dealer and they are stumped. No codes, no history. It will not out of water, when u put boat in the water. Any ideas?

Well, whenever an engine starts changing RPM's on it's own, it is appropriate to say that the engine is "hunting." Been that way since at least when I was a kid working in my Dad'd garage, and that was a long, long time ago.

Off-the-wall idea - if this happens only when you are underway, could your prop be slipping?
