How do I adjust idle?

They idle quite slow when in gear, about 650 RPM.
There is an adjustable idle air bleed, but it is unlikely it will need adjusting.
Most likely the IAC(idle air control valve), and the throttle body need cleaning(watch you tube video to see how to do it).

Yes, before you start "futzing" with that adjustment screw and REALLY cause yourself a headache, listen to Bob and maybe try cleaning item 23 in the link below.

Check the condition of the gasket too (part 24), as a leak there can cause issues in my experience.

It's a cheap and effective fix by cleaning #23 and replacing #24 when done together.
