I winterize/commission my 1998 Honda BF 130A.
The rubber ends of all four spark plug coils have degraded, and pull off when I change my spark plugs every Spring. I have to use long needle nose forceps to pull them out. Which causes additional degradation.
Can I purchase a new set of ends? I have searched on-line and can't find any. I have viewed Honda Marine's parts diagram. They don't list a separate part number for just the ends, just the coils.
If the ends are not sold separately should I replace the coils?
If so, is this something I can do or is it a job best done by a marine mechanic?
Thank you.
